Project Update

‍EYA recently submitted an updated proposal for 3033 Chain Bridge Road to Fairfax County following several years of collaboration with the Oakton community and County staff.

‍The updated proposal reflects feedback received throughout the planning process and includes refinements intended to reduce traffic impacts while continuing to prioritize neighborhood-serving amenities, open space, tree preservation, and new housing opportunities.
