3033 Chain Bridge Road

A team led by EYA is reimagining 3033 Chain Bridge Road. The proposed mixed-use community will transform AT&T’s under-utilized office campus, leveraging the property’s unique size and location to create a neighborhood core for surrounding residents in scale with existing uses in the immediate area today.

Bringing this vision to fruition requires planning approvals, including a comprehensive plan amendment and rezoning. As part of the 12+ month approvals process, EYA values community engagement and transparency.
